McDonald's famous burgers - Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Double Cheeseburger, Big Mac, McRoyal and Filet-o-Fish - are now prepared in all McDonald's restaurants in Moldova in a new way, and guests can now enjoy a more delicious experience with every bite.
McDonald's is enhancing the guest experience with small changes in the way burgers are prepared and served, the innovation process begins in McDonald's restaurant kitchens, where meat is prepared in a new and improved process that helps serve hotter, juicier burgers. In addition, the taste of the meat is enriched by adding spices at this stage on the grill for a more intense flavour, and the cheese slices are tempered differently, resulting in faster melting.
The delicious taste is also given by the new buns used in iconic burger recipes, with McDonald's opting for more glazed buns and a way of cooking that provides more browning. At the same time, the new preparation process also brings more sauce to the Big Mac, small details that make a difference in the taste and experience of McDonald's.
The new method of preparing McDonald's classic burger menu items in Moldova aligns with McDonald's international strategy.
Double Cheeseburger, Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Big Mac, McRoyal and Filet-o-Fish burgers, produced according to the new preparation standards, are available in all 6 McDonald's restaurants in the country, including McDrive and McDelivery.
McDonald's is well known in the Republic of Moldova - one of the first world-renowned brands to enter the market. The first restaurant was opened in April 1998, and later the formula for success was completed with five more restaurants, managing to serve more than 6 million guests annually.
