S.R.L. “Food Planet Restaurants”, as a personal data controller, informs you that the personal data provided during the recruitment process, including by submitting your CV or completing the application form, is processed for the purpose of evaluating your application, selecting candidates, and carrying out the recruitment process.
The legal basis for the processing consists of the steps taken at the request of the candidate with a view to entering into an individual employment contract and, where applicable, the legitimate interest of the Controller to organize and conduct the recruitment process.
Depending on the information provided by the candidate, the processed data may include: first and last name, contact details, information regarding studies, qualifications and professional experience, the information contained in the CV, as well as any other data voluntarily provided during the recruitment process.
Personal data may be accessed by the persons and departments of S.R.L. “Food Planet Restaurants” involved in the recruitment process and, where applicable, may be disclosed to service providers used for conducting the recruitment process, strictly to the extent necessary and in compliance with the applicable legislation.
Personal data will be stored for the duration necessary to carry out the recruitment process and, subsequently, for the period established in accordance with internal data retention policies and applicable legislation.
In accordance with Law No. 195/2024 on the protection of personal data, you benefit from the rights provided by the applicable legislation, including the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, as well as other rights provided by law.
